Here is our story.....
Pat Hernandez opened Jalapenos in the Stanley area of Overland Park, Kansas in March 1991. Jalapenos has been a staple of Johnson County for nearly 22 years. We have seen parents and children come in only to have the kids grow up and come to work for us. Those same kids are now coming in with their kids. We are a family friendly restaurant that serves delicious Mexican food. Come in for you first or one-thousandth time, the food and drink will be consistent every time!
Jalapenos offers a casual dining atmosphere with everything done consistently the Jalapenos way. It is our goal to give excellent service along with great quality food. Our food is all fresh and made on the premises, every day. We want our customers to be treated in a manner that will ensure their return. No detail is to small.
