Here is our story.....
Ben and Pat Hernandez opened Jalapenos in the Stanley area of Overland Park Kansas in March 1991. Although they share the same last name and their families have been life long friends, they are not related. In February 1995 Ben and Pat opened another Jalapenos restaurant in the Brookside area of Kansas City Missouri. We pride ourselves in having members of both families working at the restaurants.
Jalapenos offers a casual dining atmosphere with everything done consistently the Jalapenos way. It is our goal to give excellent service along with great quality food. Our food is all fresh and made on the premises, every day. We want our customers to be treated in a manner that will ensure their return. No detail is to small.
